Constituição da Equipa de Trabalho
1. Introdução e Contextualização
Durante os anos letivos de 2015/2016 e 2016/2017, os alunos da unidade curricular de Web Semântica desenvolveram diversas propostas de perfis de aplicação (PA) para a descrição de cursos universitários e de centros de investigação. Em suma, pretende-se reunir e consolidar estas propostas de modo a estabelecer dois perfis de aplicação (cursos e centros de investigação) bem como, completar e/ou criar os vocabulários com eles relacionados. Além disso, iremos implementar estes perfis de aplicação através da libertação de dados LOD (Linked Open Data) relativos a todos os cursos de doutoramento e centros de investigação da EEUM. Toda esta informação deve ser tornada pública e aberta.
2. Âmbito e Objectivos
Com a realização deste projeto pretendemos obter uma maior acessibilidade e visibilidade da informação correspondente aos cursos e centros de investigação da Universidade do Minho com a Web.
Objectivos
Pretendemos realizar uma análise com uma perspetiva crítica sobre os componentes necessários para um perfil de aplicação de cursos e centros de investigação da Universidade do Minho. A análise de trabalhos anteriores relativamente aos seus atributos, entidades e propriedades de forma a garantir uma estrutura de dados mais aberta e acessível por toda a internet. Criação de um perfil de dados que se ligue em conformidade com o resto da informação na Web. Este é um projeto a ser desenvolvido com uma mentalidade de Open Linked Data. Como tal, referimos que os objetivos deste projeto são:
- Consultar trabalhos de anos anteriores relativos a perfis de aplicação para a descrição dos cursos e centros de investigação;
- Elaborar tabelas comparativas com base na análise das propriedades dos vários vocabulários;
- Propor propriedades de vocabulários ou criar propriedades se for necessário;
Num contexto mais geral o principal objetivo passa por criar um único perfil de aplicação baseado nos projetos anteriores de forma a garantir a uniformidade e consistência das propriedades.
Objetivos e Métodos definidos pela Equipa
Criação de protótipos de análise e de novas alterações ao perfil de aplicação, bem como, reuniões semanais com um brainstorming critico sobre o desenvolvimento do projeto e respetivos aspetos.
Metas Finais
No final deste projeto pretendemos obter a criação de um único perfil de aplicação a consolidar todos os projetos anteriores de forma a garantir uniformidade e consistência das respetivas propriedades.
2.2 Requisitos
De forma a desenvolver o nosso projeto, a equipa de trabalho terá várias etapas a cumprir, como tal, foram definidos alguns requisitos e ‘guidelines’ pelo cliente de forma a desenvolver o projeto da maneira pretendida. Numa reunião inicial foi pedido pelo cliente uma maior especificidade das propriedades em relação aos projetos anteriores, baseando-nos em determinados requisitos e informações, de modo, a poder determinar as suas ilações. Em suma, o nosso relatório irá incluir o seguinte conteúdo:
- Análise do Projeto
- Análise/ Estudo dos dados
- ‘Product Backlog’
- Análise de propriedades adequadas
- Definição de vocabulário
- Elaboração de métodos e transcrição de brainstormings
- Formato de normas e ficheiros a desenvolver e a cumprir
2.3 Tempo
O desenvolvimento deste projeto consiste no âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto de Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação, como tal, não iremos referir os custos relativos ao nosso projeto. Em suma, todo o tempo disponibilizado por cada elemento na realização deste trabalho é apenas e só para aprendizagem numa abordagem de ambiente curricular, sem fins lucrativos.
Os recursos humanos mantêm-se os mesmos desde o início do projeto até à sua conclusão, sendo que foram estipuladas, aproximadamente, as horas para todos os elementos da equipa de trabalho.
2.4 Diagrama de Gantt
Com o diagrama de Gantt, pretendemos expor o tempo que o grupo disponibilizou para a realização deste projeto. Como tal, utilizamos esta abordagem gráfica com o intuito de descrever todas as tarefas e atividades realizadas por cada elemento da equipa.
2.5 Burndown Chart
De modo a representar graficamente o nosso trabalho em relação ao tempo, foi utilizada a ferramenta excel para expor o Burndown Chart. Esta abordagem consiste na execução de trabalho excecional, de forma a prever a conclusão do projeto ao longo do tempo.
2.6 Custos
O desenvolvimento deste projeto consiste no âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto de Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação, como tal, não iremos referir os custos relativos ao nosso projeto. Em suma, todo o tempo disponibilizado por cada elemento na realização deste trabalho é apenas e só para aprendizagem numa abordagem de ambiente curricular, sem fins lucrativos.
2.7 Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS)
A ‘Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS)’ é uma representação que retrata a hierarquia dentro da organização. Em suma foram definidos diversos cargos tais como: gestor de projeto, gestor de qualidade, consultor e auditor de qualidade. Com esta divisão acreditamos que alcançaremos melhores resultados quanto há elaboração do nosso trabalho.
2.8 Responsabilidade dos Cargos
A Responsabilidade dos Cargos baseia-se em dar a conhecer a cada elemento do grupo de trabalho, o cargo atribuído, bem como a sua responsabilidade perante o mesmo.
2.9 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Após a elaboração da PBS é necessário estruturar a ‘Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)’, que se apresenta como uma versão detalhada, onde se deve planear cada atividade pormenorizada. Na WBS é definido um início e um fim de projeto, posteriormente devem ser enunciadas as atividades e delineados os prazos de execução das mesmas, para que se alcance o objetivo final. Como tal, apresentamos na figura abaixo a WBS por nós implementada.
