Elaborar uma plataforma para a consulta, comparação, partilha e cruzamento de informação, disponível na internet, relativa aos cursos de várias universidades de todo o mundo, recorrendo ao uso do paradigma LOD (Linked Open Data).

6.1. Demonstração dos Casos de Uso

{UC.1} Pesquisar Cursos

Cenário 1:

Neste cenário, o utilizador abre a aplicação dos catálogos dos cursos, tendo já em mente aquilo que quer pesquisar. Introduz esses termos de pesquisa (por exemplo “Tecnologias de Informação”) numa caixa de texto, sendo apresentados, de seguida, todos os cursos relacionados com essas palavras chaves. De seguida, carrega no botão “Ver mais” onde serão apresentados todos os detalhes do curso numa janela pop-up. Serão apresentadas informações como a Universidade, país, cidade, percentagem de aprovação, as unidades curriculares por ano, o ranking anual, entre outras.

Cenário 2:

Neste cenário, o utilizador abre a aplicação dos catálogos de curso, tendo um termo de pesquisa já em mente (por exemplo “Tecnologias de Informação”). Depois de introduzir as palavras chave é apresentada uma lista de todos os cursos relacionados com esse termo. De seguida, o utilizador pretende adicionar um novo filtro, aparecendo uma lista com vários filtros possíveis. Por exemplo:

O utilizador seleciona “País”. Ao selecionar esse filtro aparece, de imediato, uma nova lista com todos os países. O utilizador seleciona “Portugal” e carrega no botão “Aplicar”.

Depois de selecionado esse filtro aparecerá uma nova lista de cursos de Portugal relacionados com Tecnologias de Informação. O utilizador escolhe um curso, carrega no botão “Ver mais” e aparece uma janela pop-up com as várias informações sobre o curso.

Nota: O utilizador poderá escolher mais do que um filtro ao mesmo tempo.

Cenário 3:

Neste cenário, o utilizador abre a aplicação dos catálogos do curso, e carrega no botão “Lista completa de cursos”. Aparece uma lista com todos os cursos existentes. O utilizador define vários tipos de filtros, tendo em conta uma lista, por exemplo:

Da lista apresentada, seleciona “País”. Depois de selecionado é apresentada uma nova lista com todos os países. O utilizador seleciona “Portugal”.
De seguida, seleciona “Cidade”. Depois de selecionado é apresentada uma lista com todas as cidades do país “Portugal”. O utilizador seleciona “Porto”.
Depois disso, o utilizador seleciona o “ciclo de estudos”. Neste caso apenas é apresentada uma lista com três diferentes opções: Licenciatura, Mestrado integrado, Mestrado. O utilizador escolhe “Licenciatura”.
Por fim, o utilizador seleciona “Valor máximo de Propinas”. Neste caso aparece uma caixa de texto onde o utilizador insere o valor máximo de propinas que pretende pagar. Nesta caixa de texto apenas é possível escrever números inteiros. O utilizador apenas pretende pagar 1100 euros de propinas.

Depois de selecionadas estas restrições aparecerá uma lista, com todos os cursos de Licenciatura do Porto, cujo valor de propinas não ultrapasse os 1100 euros. Por fim o utilizador carrega no botão “Ver mais”, onde aparece uma janela pop-up com todas as informações relevantes acerca desse curso.

{UC.2} Comparar Cursos

Cenário 1:

Para cada cenário assume-se que o Utilizador já sabe o que pretende procurar na aplicação do Catálogo de Cursos. No Comparar cursos o Utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos e partindo do pressuposto que este pretende comparar as vagas disponíveis para acesso aos cursos de “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”, este define quais os filtros de pesquisa que pretende para proceder à escolha do curso (como por exemplo: “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”). Como resultado é apresentada uma lista de cursos onde o Utilizador poderá escolher dois cursos que pretende comparar. Posteriormente, o Utilizador seleciona de entre as várias opções existentes a comparação que pretende visualizar “vagas por ano letivo”. Por fim, surge uma nova janela onde o Utilizador visualiza as vagas de acesso por ano letivo para os cursos escolhidos.

Cenário 2:

O Utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos e partindo do pressuposto que este pretende comparar a taxa de empregabilidade nos cursos de “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”, este define quais os filtros de pesquisa que pretende para a apresentação de uma lista de cursos (como por exemplo: “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”). Como resultado é apresentada uma lista de cursos, onde o Utilizador poderá escolher os cursos que pretende comparar. Posteriormente, o Utilizador seleciona de entre as várias opções existentes a comparação que pretende visualizar “taxa de empregabilidade anual”. Por fim, surge uma nova janela onde o Utilizador visualiza a taxa de empregabilidade dos cursos escolhidos.

Cenário 3:

O Utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos e partindo do pressuposto que este pretende comparar a percentagem de aprovação e a taxa de inserção por ano letivo nos cursos de “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”, este define quais os filtros de pesquisa que pretende para proceder à escolha do curso (como por exemplo: “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”). Como resultado será apresentada uma lista de cursos, onde o Utilizador poderá escolher os cursos que pretende comparar. Posteriormente, o Utilizador seleciona de entre a lista de opções os filtros de comparação que pretende visualizar para os cursos escolhidos “percentagem de aprovação por ano letivo” e “taxa de inserção por ano letivo”. Por fim, surge uma nova janela onde o Utilizador visualiza a percentagem de aprovação e a taxa de inserção por ano letivo dos cursos escolhidos.

{UC.3} Classificar Cursos

Cenário 1:

O utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos, tendo já em mente que quer verificar a classificação de um curso. O Utilizador pretende verificar a classificação do ranking do curso de “Tecnologias de Sistemas de Informação”, por todas as universidades existentes. O Utilizador insere no motor de pesquisa o curso que pretende verificar o ranking mundialmente. É apresentado uma listagem dos vários cursos (que contém as palavras-chaves inseridas no motor de pesquisa) e respetivas universidades por ordem decrescente de ranking. O Utilizador de seguida visualiza o ranking de todos os cursos encontrados.

Cenário 2:

O utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos, tendo já em mente que quer verificar a classificação de uma universidade e área cientifica, especifica. O utilizador seleciona a universidade, na qual o curso que pretende verificar, se encontra (como por exemplo: “Universidade do Minho”). O utilizador pretende verificar a classificação do ranking da área cientifica de “Informática” da universidade acima definida.

Cenário 3:

O utilizador acede à aplicação do catálogo de cursos, tendo já em mente que quer verificar a classificação de um ou mais países, especificos. O utilizador seleciona o/os país/países, nos quais pretende verificar o ranking das universidades. O utilizador pretende verificar a classificação do ranking das universidades.

Pesquisar Curso por:

No Pesquisar cursos é feita uma filtragem pelos atributos disponíveis que dará origem a um conjunto de resultados sobre cursos disponíveis. De seguida, apresenta-se a lista de atributos disponíveis.

Propinas;
Curso;
Regime;

Comparar Curso por:

No Comparar Cursos inicia-se através de uma pesquisa que filtrará um conjunto de cursos dos quais poderão ser selecionados alguns atributos para comparação. De seguida, apresenta-se a lista de atributos disponíveis.

Taxa de aprovação por ano letivo;
Taxa de inserção por ano letivo;
Taxa de empregabilidade por ano letivo;
Acesso a médias por ano letivo;
Vagas por ano letivo.

Verificar Classificação de Cursos por:

O classificar cursos inicia através de uma pesquisa que filtrará um conjunto de cursos dos quais estão ordenados por rankings estipulados de forma a serem disponibilizados para visualização. De seguida, apresenta-se a lista de atributos disponíveis.

Ranking anual do curso;
Ranking anual da universidade.
